Payment Method
PREPAID ONLY. We accept Certified Cheque, Money Order, Visa, Mastercard, or Company Cheque (only with prior approval).
Returned Checks
If a check is returned for any reason, a 30.00 CAD NSF fee will be applied, and company check will not be accepted on any future purchases. An additional 2% service charge per month will be added to outstanding balances on all returned checks.
Pricing/Shipping
All prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be shipped using the fastest, most economical method available, unless otherwise requested. Prices do not include freight charges. No surcharge is applied to shipments with a declared value of up to $100.00. A surcharge of approximately 3.25% of the declared value in excess of $100.00 will be applied.
Refused Shipments
Refused shipments sent back to HID Outlet does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the dealer's responsibility to make all arrangements with HID Outlet for the refused shipment. It is company policy to charge the customer all freight charges associated with the shipment and a 25% restocking fee.
Claims
All merchandise is packed carefully and correctly utilizing a triple check method before it leaves our facility. Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier. All claims for damages or losses must be made with the carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and packing material for carrier inspection. HID Outlet will not initiate any claims with the carrier. Claims for missing items or damaged shipments must be made within five working days of receipt.
Special Orders
All special orders and promotional merchandise must be paid in full at the time of order. Once order has been placed, it is NON-CANCELABLE. Parts not in stock can be considered special orders, even if they are listed on the web site, catalog, or price sheets.
Qualifications
· Photocopy of current business license
· Photocopy of sales tax permit
· Photocopy of voided cheque (if applicable)
